Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Your peace of mind as a customer is important to us.

For standard products, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act, starting from the day you received your order.

If you want to return an item, you must always contact us first via hej@lillestudio.se before sending the return back, so that you receive the correct return address and instructions.

For the return of a faultless product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

The product must be returned unused and well packaged.

Personalized products are made uniquely for you and are therefore not covered by the right of withdrawal, except in cases of damage, misprinting, or manufacturing defects.

A refund will be issued after we have received and approved the return.
